Zorlu Property was established with a fresh dream that differed from the conventional real estate firms: “to sign its name under projects that would be talked about even after a century and to create social, cultural, and economic centers of attraction in Turkey.”

Making a point of doing the untried and introducing people to new styles of living, Zorlu Property adopts an approach that would set the course of the Turkish real estate industry. Its efforts are directed toward creating projects featuring public spaces, residences, hotels, offices, and cultural centers that would win the admiration of all for their harmony with the urban texture.

Turkey’s first five functions mixed-use project: Zorlu Center

Receiving numerous awards from different parts of the world even as it was in its project phase, Zorlu Center is the product of a dream.

Zorlu Property built a new center of attraction in the very heart of Istanbul where the continents of Asia and Europe come together. The company set about making this dream come true by buying the lot in Zincirlikuyu, formerly owned by the Highways Directorate and accepted as the most valuable piece of land in Istanbul, for $800 million in March 2007.
Turkey’s first five-way mixed use project, the Zorlu Center which was brought to life at an investment of $2.5 billion includes a performing arts center, a shopping mall, a hotel (the Raffles Istanbul Zorlu Center), offices, and residences. 200 plant species, of which 68 are of trees, adorn the 72,000-square-meter lawn the landscaping of which cost nearly TL 40 million.

An office that respects the environment and the human being: Levent 199

The A+ office center Levent 199, which Zorlu Property completed in 2014, has brought a new approach to office projects. All of the materials used in the construction and interior decoration of the building were selected with an eye to human health and care was taken to minimize its environmental impact.

Designed as an environmentally friendly building with an electric car park, a bicycle park, and 10,000 square meters of green area, Levent 199 was nominated for the “LEED Gold” certificate issued by the US Green Buildings Council. In addition to the central management offices of Zorlu Holding, Levent 199 plays host to the headquarters of many firms, both local and international.
